Greetings from Cleveland

January 18, 2010

A belated Happy New Year to all – may it be a year of health and happiness.

It has been a great few weeks (months maybe?) since my last post. Back in early December I worked with the Nike team for the release of the new Kobe V.  The crew out in LA was phenomenal – consummate professionals and a true pleasure to work with.  Not to mention they’re lots of fun to hang out with! As always Kobe was great – I got a big hug and kiss hello from him and the rest of the day was smooth sailing.

I started 2010 in an unusual way as a great corporate client asked me to photograph her brother’s wedding.  The nuptials were at city hall and then on one of the coldest days of the year, we spent  about 4 hours taking photographs throughout the city.  It was a blast! If all brides and grooms were this easy to work with, I might pack it all in and become a wedding photographer.

Once I thawed out from the wedding – which took a few days – I headed back out to California for a shoot with the team at Cisco.  I appreciated Governor Schwarzenegger promptness for the photos and his presence really kept us on our toes throughout the event.  All were pleased with the result and I headed back home after being in California for all of 24 hours.

I am now writing from the great state of Ohio. After watching the Jets win, I will get some rest before my shoot with Bron tomorrow.

2010 seems to be off to a great start and if resolutions have anything to do with it, Ill be blogging more to keep you posted.
